Cardio Barre Fusion is a 55 minute Barre class utilizing a chair, pilates ball (or towel) and a light set of dumbbells. It is a combination of strength and cardio work so be ready to sweat!
All you need for this HIIT workout is a kettlebell. This video will take you through four of my favorite kettlebell exercises that work all of the major muscle groups in your body in only 20 minutes.
