4 Ingredient Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Happy Hump Day!

My sweet tooth has been extra active lately, but I have been trying extremely hard to stay away from added sugars. Oh the struggles of loving and hating chocolate at the same time! That's why when I saw this Pin on Pinterest for two ingredient cookies, I was intrigued! Cookies with no sugar, butter, or oil....... sign me up!

Being the peanut butter lover I am, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to add a little to these cookies. Lilly used chocolate chips in her original recipe which is definitely a great option as well. You could also throw in nuts, raisins, nutella, white chocolate chips, or anything else that suits your fancy! So many possibilities.

The only problem with these cookies is that you can't put them down. I packaged them up and put them away in my refrigerator after my first two, but I found myself sneaking into the container to steal another one! Uh Oh! Good thing they are so healthy! :)

Luckily, I have more ingredients on hand in case I need to make another batch soon. Next time you are having a craving for a cookie, give these guys a try!

I'm off to walk the pup and then head over to boot camp for another but kicking. It definitely hurts to lift my arms today.

What are you up to today?

Have you tried these cookies yet?
