We're going to Disney, but let's workout first!

Howdy Friends!

Guess where we are going today??? That's right...... Disney World! I can't tell you how excited I am. E has never been to Disney World, and I haven't been since I was really little. We are headed to the Magic Kingdom in just a few minutes.


I know we are going to be doing a ton of walking at Disney, but I wanted to get in a quick workout this morning before we head out. I was being a weeny and didn't want to venture out in the cold, so I opted for a Cross Fit inspired WOD.

This workout was for time, so I ran through the exercises as fast as I could while still maintaining good form. Although it only took me around 9 minutes, my arms were shaking and I was sweating by the end. You want to try to rest as little as possible during this workout to keep your heart rate up.

It hit the legs, upper body, and core in under 9 minutse with no equipment required. I'll get my cardio on later as I power walk through the huge Outlet Mall by Disney this afternoon. :) I'm off to wake up E and finish packing. I hope you all have a great weekend!
