I absolutely love oatmeal! I could eat it twice a day everyday. One of the things I love about oatmeal, is how versatile it is. You can throw in fresh fruit, almond butter, cinnamon, craisins, nuts etc. The options are pretty much endless. My all time favorite is oatmeal with frozen blueberries and almond butter.
However, this morning my cabinets were a little bare, so I had to get creative. I opened the fridge and saw my bottle of sugar free french vanilla creamer and thought, "hmmm this could work!" I prepared my oatmeal as usual, then poured in 1 1/2 tablespoons of the creamer. It was delicious!! Yay for experimenting.
