Favorite Workouts Of 2013!

Saturday, January 4, 2014

Hi Everyone,

So I know I have been completely MIA for a long while now. I promise there is a very very good reason for that, but more on that in a later post! For now, I want to do a fun recap of all of my favorite workouts from 2013. It was a year full of HIIT, Kettlebell, TRX, and Pilates fun!

This first workout I took one of my bootcamps through and it was a total killer. You do 23 reps of each exercise and repeat the entire circuit 4x's. I was inspired by the date of that specific camp April 23rd.

Ready for some upper body fun? This workout is for you. You'll get plenty of cardio in as well as you burpee and jack your way to a sweaty mess!

No equipment and little time? No worries! This workout will hit your lower body, upper body, and core in less than 15 minutes.

This CrossFit inspired workout will torch your whole body in under 30 minutes with a good dose of heart pumping cardio thrown in.

This 50 minute playlist is perfect for a personal indoor cycling workout or to hit the road for a run.

Grab a Dynamax Ball and get ready to work, sweat, and be sore the next day. This Power 10 Workout is designed to challenge your whole body with minimal equipment.

Super set your way to a stronger upper body and core! Repeat each set of two exercises three times before moving onto the next set.

Purchasing a TRX and kettlebell for my home was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They are the perfect tools to start your home gym and can be used in more ways than I could ever list. They are my go to weekend workout tools to sneak in a quick sweat seasion before tackling my weekend to do list.

These two upper body circuits will hit every muscle in the upper body and keep you challenged.

This is a HIIT workout. You will start with rowing intervals and then move into strength work that utilizes compound exercises to hit more than one muscle group at once. This equals maximum calorie burn in minimum time!

I hope you enjoy and let me know if you try any of these out!!

In health and Happy New Year!
