Howdy Friends,

How is your week treating you so far? Mine has been rolling along quite nicely. Today started out on a beautiful note with sunrise yoga out at the FSU Reservation. We actually get to do yoga right on the edge of the lake as the sun rises. It's breath taking to say the least.

Not a bad way to start your hump day huh? After yoga, I headed into the office (aka the Rec Center) to do a little office work before teaching my 10am strength training class. Before class, I slurped down my delicious breakfast. So if you don't know already, I am a HUGE coffee fan. Like, it could be a problem coffee fan. I used to love love love frappuccinos when I was younger but stopped drinking them when I learned how many calories can hide in one. 500 calories through a straw - no thank you!

I have been on a green smoothie kick for a good 4 months now, so I thought why not make a healthy version of my old favorite. This is how my new favorite green smoothie, the pumpkin frapuccino green goddess was born. It doesn't hurt that I am trying to will Fall into Tallahassee with every part of my being. Now, don't go judging the ingredients until you try it. I promise you can't taste the spinach or protein powder one bit!
